I spent my days following the rules, not allowed to think outside the box;  Imagination and imperfections were the enemy of my life.

A fray or a small stain would be enough to merit disposal in the trash. With nothing left to lose, I let love enter my life; opened me up to, or rather, demolished boundaries that tried to take form.

Acceptance of my flaws, letting them fold into my lifeline;  an accordion of imperfections.

Each pleat represents a life story. I proudly wear it around my neck and arms, allowing the vulnerability of my heart to show; on the road to personal legend!
